Sustainability: The existing floor plan was maintained and hardscape removed in the backyard to bring more greenery into the overall property. A majority of the existing cabinetry were salvaged and design elements including tile, hardware, and countertops were purchased from local suppliers. This project was completed in a 3-month period, which allowed for increased profitability.
