ABOUT
This home was deemed a tear down, but we were able to take it down to the studs and completely remodel the existing structure. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2,186 SF were refreshed with a new open layout, vaulted ceiling, adding windows/sliders, where natural light and privacy were of the utmost importance. The kitchen is the focal point of this house, with all black materials, including custom stained oak cabinets.

Sustainability: The use of Richlite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, along with mini split heating and cooling systems. Maintaining the existing structure and using Forest Stewardship Council building materials were top priorities.
